Universal will take your project from inception to completion. This includes going over the design drawings, sketches or ideas, handling the permits process, the coordination and supervision of all trades and equipment involved in the project as well as maintaining an open channel of communication with our clients so concerns and changes can be dealt with quickly and cost effectively.
We have brought together a solid group of trades who share our level of professionalism and integrity. Our basic construction group consists of Red Seal Journeymen carpenters, plumbers, master electricians, drywall, painting and flooring contractors.
We also have specialty area companies who we trust to bring on our projects when we need their skills in demo, roofing, stucco, millwork, countertops, HVAC, sprinkler and fire suppression systems.
